"Sounds like trouble. Again, I'm not carrying, but I'll take a look."
Conroy fumbles in his pocket for his eyepatch.
"I'm no believer in coincidences. Whatever it is at the end of that blood trail, it has something to do with Hanson."
He enters the police station.
"Judging by the mess I see so far, let's hope it isn't on our side."

A Long Story
An instant of who he really is. There's hope for him yet. Huico releases the handshake.
"As much as I would love to see us fight in battle there are more pressing matters, so the smearing of personas on walls will have to wait. You said you were retrieving your gear? You look like a man who needs little to fight." I want to see him reveal what happens when the careful knot he ties himself into gets unraveled. "Let us go together to find whatever has left us a rather unconventional path to follow." Huico turns towards the morgue, careful not to completely let his brother out of his sight, and motions for El Puño to lead the way.
"As for Cultzarti, my friend, I was able to bring him in simply because this station, as much as I have seen, has been vacated. You wouldn't happen to know why?"

"There's blood all over the floor, and the place seems deserted other than the officer that just left. Isaac said he had a way to keep tabs on her, but then he went upstairs looking for Hanson. Huico followed the blood trail downstairs. We figured we'd need all the help we can get if we run into who or whatever created it."

Conroy stands up and pockets his blackberry. Plans change. He begins walking, gesturing the track star to walk and talk.
"What went down? I'm not carrying, if that's what you need help with."

I Will Fucking K... Keep Smiling, Keep Smiling
As Dimas' face comes into view after Huico's fit of laughter Huico sees barely repressed rage that instantaneously turns to a jovial smile.
"I suppose not all men respect the profesión of a 'theatrical wrestler,' as that American put it. If you wish, I could act as I once did and calmly smear your remains across the wall for that... episode," Dimas says still with the same happy expression. He then becomes a bit more solemn as he goes to shake Huico's hand, "But to answer your question, I know very little, I was simply decidingweather whether to get my things or follow this trail." as he points along the blood trail. "I still do wish to know how you got that palo puntiagudo [pointed stick] past the police?"

To the best you are able to ascertain, the floor appears to be deserted, although there is one camera mounted above the window at the end of the hall, pointed down it towards the stairwell.

Touching, Really
A broad grin crosses Huico's face. A chuckle escapes his lips, then two, until a cacophony of laughter spews forth. Huico doubles over and drops his spear, using both of his arms to brace his sides. {It's easily capable of being loud enough for the rest of the party to hear.} Eventually the cascade subsides and he tries to reassert himself.
"You... you've got to be... *sniff* kidding." Huico then adopts his stern countenance from before. "Or not. It doesn't matter. You're obviously going to be much more trouble than I could have imagined." He retrieves his spear and straightens his clothes. "I am Huico," as he extends his hand. "Now, tell me, what has happened here?"

Damn. Alright then, might have to try this the old fashioned way. Isaac checks his surroundings again, trying to determine if there is anyone on this floor, or security cameras.

Isaac slides up beside the first door on the right, standing against the wall near the door handle. Concealing as much of his body as possible, Isaac tries to crack the door to the office and use his phone camera to see inside the office.

Isaac:
The hallway has 4 doors to both the left and the right before terminating at a barred window approximately 50 feet down the hallway. From what you can see, none of the nameplates have a name on them even reminiscent of Hanson. All of the doors are closed, and have a small amount of light leaking from the crack at their base. The lights in the hall are off, and there is a light switch on the wall near the stairwell.

Something's Going On Here...
As Isaac descends the staircase, something in the back of his mind gets the better of him. It's one in the afternoon on a weekday. This is a police station in New York City. There should be some people here. Where is everyone???
Isaac decides to stop off at the second floor to check out some of the low level brass' offices.

I make my way across the street and over to Conroy at a brisk walk. "Hey, looks like something serious went down at the police station; we might need you over there."

Stubborn Burro...
Odd, to loose his stance without knowing who I am... Lets see how much I can get out of him.
"I Suppose by convention the one with the pointy stick has the upper hand. I will concede," suddenly Dimas dons a cocky smile as he steps back and relaxes his stance, "my name is 'El Puño Del Diablo,' no one can stand before the fist of the devil and hope to prevail!!!" (this line seems to be a much more refined American English) suddenly taking a more serious tone as he half returns to his previous stance, "Ahora puedo tener el nombre de mi agresor?" [now may I have the name of my aggressor?]
[[2 things, first: because Will is probably asleep, Here is a rough description of Dimas: A mountain of a man standing 7' 1" with 247lb of pure chiseled muscle. He has short black hair fairly tan skin and a short goatee (not a circle beard). Around his left Wrist he has a tattoo that reads "El Puño Del Diablo" in script "Diablo" being on the top of the wrist. He very much looks like a native Mexican.]]
[[second: either this or the roger's next post should be the last before Isaac enters the scene]][[NOPE.jpg. They will be introduced when I get to them. You two get some alone time.]]

I Don't Like To Repeat Myself
Huico looks the man down, easing his stance and letting the spear fall to his side.
Tall, Hispanic, sturdy build. Fluid motion, instant reflexes, quick reaction, but reserved, defensive. Works out a lot, fighting, maybe thug work? No discernable items of worth, clothes look dirty. I'd say he was in a cell, items may be elsewhere. Worn eyes, a look of... well, I'm not sure what. Remorse? Hmph. For someone who credits himself surrounded by crazies he's not the sharpest tool in the shed.
"How I do what I do is none of your concern. The next few words out of your mouth need to be some form of identification or I won't hesitate to show you what this lanza can do."

Say wha...
Dimas swiftly turns his head, seeing the spear, his legs reflexively slide across the floor into a ready stance. microseconds later he glides two feet down the hallway towards the holdings area as he almost inaudibly spouts "perfecto... más locos..." [Perfect... more crazies]. He then says in a strong Mexican accent, "Who am I?... Who are you? and how did you get that lanza [spear] past the police?"

Taking Action
Someone else is here. The thought itself wasn't that foreign; it would be dumb to think no one else was in the station. Then why was it so bothersome? Huico rounds the corner swiftly, raising his spear and pointing the end of it at whatever (or whomever) lies beyond the staircase.
"Who are you?"

Hang On Buddy I'm Coming!!
As far as Isaac can tell there's nobody around to answer his questions. That also means there's no-one around to mess with anything up here, which should mean that he can come back and peruse at his leisure. Isaac decides to head down the stairwell and give Huico some backup.

Re: Chapter the Second
Isaac:
You move up the stairwell, and after a brief turn you find yourself standing on the landing of the second floor. The staircase continues up for another several floors. A helpful sign to the side of the wall leading up has a series of panels embossed with white letters, and indicates that this floor serves as general offices for several low level brass. The next floor up holds the cold case files, and the fourth and final floor is marked "Special Investigations". Tacked onto the sign is a sticky note which reads Spookville in crude handwriting directly below the special investigations line.
The stairs themselves open onto a standard hallway for a police station; concrete floors and solid wooden doors which likely haven't been changed (or oiled) since the early 30s, with small bronze plaques describing the denizens who dwell within. At the moment, the lights in this hallway are off, and the only light coming in is from what you would presume to be windows in the offices leaking through the cracks at the base of their doors as well as the lone barred window at the far end of the hall.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Huico:
You make your way down the stairwell into the basement area of the station. As you descend, you become aware of the presence of someone else in the basement. The stairs make a sharp turn before they let out on the floor, which can conceal you if you wish to take an unobtrusive closer look. The lights in the basement are intermittently flickering fluorescent lamps which are poorly coping with the intruding darkness, given that only half of them seem to be working. Additionally, there is a sign at the base of the stairwell pointing right to the morgue, and left to the holdings area.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Vincent:
You make your way outside of the station, and can see Conroy leaning up against the side of a deli just down the street, blending in neatly to the small group of people which are streaming in and out of the store for the late lunch rush.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dimas:
You made your way to the base of the stairwell, and see the same things that I described previously to Huico. You are currently standing at the metaphorical crossroads between the morgue and the holdings area.
[[Collective scattering of scions: what do you do?]]
[[Embarrassed post post edit: The aforementioned trail of blood leading down the stairwell continues in the direction of the morgue.]]

Isaac takes a sip of courage from his flask, checks his watch, noting the time and making sure it is properly wound, and proceeds to ascend the staircase.

Re: Chapter the Second
Bob slips through the wall leading to the front of the police station, intent on following the desk clerk. Huico has already declared that he is immediately going to continue down the stairwell, is that still your plan? Vincent moves out toward the entrance to retrieve Conroy. What do you do Isaac / Huico?
Super Sleuths
Blood. Wonderful.
Isaac can see the look inthe chiseled man-slab's Huico's eyes, the man is clearly in his element here. At some point he'd like to know his story.
"AlrightSweetcheeks Mr. Tracker, you seem like you've done this before so I'll go with your plan for now. If I run into a problem I should be able to hande myself." Isaac says showing the blade of his cane ever so slightly.
Isaac turns to address the speedster. "That blood is recent or else it would have been cleaned up. That means the trail is fresh and time is of the essence, so specs we don't have much time to waste if we're going to catch who's behind it and help whoever needs it. Don't worry about the police officer, I have a way of keeping tabs on him." Isaac looks over at Bob and nods toward the door for him to follow the officer. "Kid, go grab Mr. Stoic and bring him back here, whomever we're about to go after is clearly dangerous, and I'd like all the help we can get."
Isaac can see the look in
